{一}、齒輪泵機械密封本身質量問題
齒(chi)輪泵機械密(mi)封(feng)的原(yuan)理是通(tong)過彈(dan)性(xing)元件和介質(zhi)壓力實現(xian)密(mi)封(feng)副之間(jian)的嚴密(mi)貼(tie)合,設備運轉時,隨軸(zhou)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)的動(dong)(dong)(dong)環和密(mi)封(feng)殼體(ti)相(xiang)連的靜環產生相(xiang)對轉動(dong)(dong)(dong),使(shi)密(mi)封(feng)面間(jian)形成穩定的液膜,從而(er)阻隔介質(zhi)外漏,達到端面密(mi)封(feng)效果。
(1)密封元件制造(zao)質(zhi)量存在問題
密(mi)封(feng)環(huan)硬度不足(zu)、石墨環(huan)燒結質(zhi)量(liang)不佳、彈(dan)性元件制(zhi)造質(zhi)量(liang)問(wen)題等。
(2)制造精度不足
