2BV型水環式(shi)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于抽除氣(qi)(qi)體和水蒸(zheng)氣(qi)(qi),吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力可(ke)以達到33mbar絕壓(ya)(ya)(真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)度)。當用(yong)(yong)(yong)變壓(ya)(ya)器油(you)作(zuo)為工(gong)作(zuo)液時(shi)(稱為油(you)環真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)),吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力可(ke)達到6.7mbar絕壓(ya)(ya)(99.3%真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)度),可(ke)以取(qu)代(dai)往復式(shi)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)。當液環真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)在吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力接近真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)下長(chang)期工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),應聯(lian)接氣(qi)(qi)蝕(shi)保護(hu)管,以對泵(beng)(beng)(beng)進(jin)行保護(hu)并氣(qi)(qi)蝕(shi)聲。作(zuo)為壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)時(shi),其壓(ya)(ya)力較大至(zhi)0.26MPa(絕壓(ya)(ya))。作(zuo)為壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)時(shi),隨著排氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力的升高(gao)會造成2BV泵(beng)(beng)(beng)功(gong)(gong)率的加大,訂貨時(shi)應注(zhu)明排氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力以選擇(ze)適當的電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率。

2BV型(xing)水(shui)環式真空泵由于在(zai)工(gong)作過程中(zhong),做(zuo)功產生(sheng)熱量,會使工(gong)作水(shui)環發熱,同時一部分水(shui)和氣體一起(qi)被(bei)排周,因此,在(zai)工(gong)作過程中(zhong),不斷(duan)地給(gei)泵供水(shui),以冷卻和補充泵內消(xiao)耗的(de)水(shui),滿足泵的(de)工(gong)作要求。
