圓弧(hu)泵(beng)機(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)的(de)動環(huan)(huan)由O型(xing)圈、彈(dan)簧(huang)、傳動座以及固(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)螺(luo)栓(shuan)組成(cheng)(cheng),將(jiang)(jiang)其(qi)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)在傳動軸上(shang)(shang),隨其(qi)轉動。靜環(huan)(huan)主要由O型(xing)圈、防旋轉固(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)螺(luo)栓(shuan)組成(cheng)(cheng),將(jiang)(jiang)其(qi)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)機(ji)(ji)封(feng)壓(ya)蓋上(shang)(shang),其(qi)與泵(beng)殼為一(yi)體,是靜止(zhi)的(de)。機(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)安裝完成(cheng)(cheng)后,主要靠內介質的(de)壓(ya)力(li)和動環(huan)(huan)機(ji)(ji)構上(shang)(shang)彈(dan)簧(huang)的(de)彈(dan)簧(huang)力(li)共同作(zuo)用下,將(jiang)(jiang)動環(huan)(huan)緊緊壓(ya)在靜環(huan)(huan)上(shang)(shang)。圓弧(hu)泵(beng)運(yun)轉時,動靜環(huan)(huan)之(zhi)(zhi)間由介質或沖(chong)洗液(ye)形成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)層很薄的(de)液(ye)體膜(mo),實現機(ji)(ji)封(feng)無(wu)泄漏,這是機(ji)(ji)械密封(feng)的(de)主密封(feng)。另外,機(ji)(ji)封(feng)靜環(huan)(huan)與機(ji)(ji)封(feng)壓(ya)蓋、機(ji)(ji)封(feng)壓(ya)蓋與泵(beng)殼、軸套與泵(beng)軸、軸套與動環(huan)(huan)之(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)密封(feng)主要靠O型(xing)圈來實現。
